Shadow Work is the process of acknowledging and releasing the limiting thoughts and behaviour patterns you have that may be preventing you from fully aligning with your Higher Self and achieving the goals you would like to.

Your Higher Self is "Boss Mode Activated" and is the most confident, authentic version of yourself.

You don't have to climb the mountain all at once and it's okay to ask for help if you need it!

Unfortunately, there is a lot of misleading information available in regards to Shadow Work and some of it can even be detrimental to your healing journey. It's my hope that by using my process you will have a better understanding of where to begin with Shadow Work as well as how to use it to retrain your brain to more positive automatic thoughts. 

No Spiritual Background Required

My Shadow Work process is a mixture of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and purposeful journaling. No experience is required and it is a form of emotional regulation.

It's re-training YOUR BRAIN!

Doing Shadow Work will allow you to build new neural pathways to more positive automatic thinking. This is done by acknowledging your unhealthy reactions, diving deep to figure out why you are experiencing them, and creating new Action Plans for more healthy responses. Over time these healthy responses become your new healthy reactions.
(Reactions are automatic, responses are thoughtful, and you can have healthy or unhealthy of both.)
You can then solidify these pathways even further by treating yourself to a Self Care reward when you insinuate your new Action Plans.

This can be done in various ways however I have created a step-by-step process that can help you start working through these emotions and reactions using just a journal and a pen (you can also do this digitally).

How I Went From




I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without the help of therapy, Shadow Work, and practicing daily gratitude!

From one of the most picked on kids in school to over half a million followers on Tiktok sharing tools that help with confidence and healing, I can officially say I am now living my dream life as a Full-Time Author and Content Creator! 

I have taken over two years of personal research and created a step-by-step process that starts with building your Support System.
Shadow Work can be tough and it is extremely important to me that you are not only able to use Shadow Work as a healing tool but that you are able to use it confidently and safely.

I have also ensured there are many ways you can receive support right through the Fierce Family!

And I want to SHOW YOU HOW!




If you feel like you are starting from ground zero when it comes to a Support System, don't worry, I've been there too and you are definitely not alone.

Building a Support System may take some time but it should be a priority.
