Shadow Work is the process of acknowledging and releasing the limiting thoughts and behaviour patterns you have that may be preventing you from fully aligning with your Higher Self and achieving your goals. If you don't know where to start and/or you want to deepen your Shadow Work process I have many resources to help you along the way!


Step By Step
You don't have to climb the mountain all at once and it's okay to ask for help if you need it!
Unfortunately, there is a lot of misleading information available in regards to Shadow Work and some of it can even be detrimental to your healing journey. It's my hope that by offering a step by step Shadow Work process you will have a better understanding of where to begin with Shadow Work as well as how to use it to retrain your brain to more positive automatic thoughts.

It's re-training YOUR BRAIN!
Doing Shadow Work helps you to build and re-build neural pathways which can have a major impact on your emotional, spiritual, and physical well being. This is done by first acknowledging your "Shadows" then diving deep to figure out why you are experiencing them so you can create new action plans going forward. As you insinuate your action plans overtime these new healthy responses become your new healthy reactions.
(Reactions are automatic, responses are thoughtful, and you can have healthy or unhealthy of both.)
NO SPIRITUAL BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED
