Equipment required:
kitchen mixer or hand mixer
heat resistant spatula
non-stick pot
measuring cups
9 x 13 pan
ingredients:
1 cup - butter
2 1/2 cup - sugar
1/ 1/2 cup - cocoa
1/2 - salt
2 teaspoon - vanilla
4 large COLD eggs
1 cup - flour
OPTIONAL (choose one or mix it up!)
1 cup - chocolate chips
1 cup - butterscotch chips
1 cup of nuts
swirl of peanut butter
swirl of Nutella
DIRECTIONS:
Non stick pot | add butter and melt on low
Add sugar | stir until fully combined
Add eggs one at time
Add vanilla and salt
Add flour | stir
Add any optionals | stir
Spread into parchment paper lined 9x13 pan
BAKE:
350F | 10-12 minutes
TIPS:
Do not over bake - middle will seem a little wobbly at first - it will stiffen more upon cooling
Serve with ice cream or eat solo
