The 14 Day Mindset Rest was created to help you create sustainable, healthy habits in your life.
Every day you will be gently guided through a series of tasks specifically chosen to help you combat stress, twice a week you can attend live workouts, and once a week there will be a in depth live class to help you learn more about where stress and how to solidify healthy habits.
To keep it as accessible as possible there are 3 different levels available for you to join the 14 Day Mindset Reset.
Keeping in mind your ability, mobility, and available equipment, there are trackers to help you keep consistent with your goals as well as a blank meal planner to get you started.

Choose Your Group
Which is determined by your current goals
STEP 3
Download and optionally print the trackers
You can also upload them to Canva and track digitally
STEP 4
Check the Live Class Schedule then set your notifications and reminders
If you join through the app you will be automatically added to the guest lists and notified right on your Dashboard.

GROUP B
You've been working really hard on improving your mindset already!
Are you are ready to take it up a notch but aren't quite sure how?
By choosing either body, mind, OR soul you will be able to pinpoint focus on a target area you really want to improve and of course I will be here to help wherever you need!

GROUP C
You are struggling and that's okay!
I see you and I want to help.
I know it's overwhelming taking on too much at once so you will be working on healing from the inside.
You will be taking on the Soul part of the Mindset Reset and you bet I will be here with you every step of the way!
