1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 2. Description of Service My ADHD Alien is a productivity and lifestyle application designed to support users with task management, time tracking, reminders, and motivational tools. Features include but are not limited to: Event tracking and reminders ("Alien Alerts") Task Roulette and Hyperfocus mode Virtual alien companion with rewards and dopamine points To-do lists and project breakdowns with timers Idea Bank for capturing and managing ideas In-app purchases for upgrades and virtual products Body Doubling (upcoming feature) The App is intended for personal use only. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 12 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. 4. User Conduct You agree not to: Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the App Resell, copy, or redistribute the App or its content without our consent 5. Health Disclaimer The App is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. 6. Payments & Refunds The App may include in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases of virtual goods are non-refundable, except where required by law. Subscription refunds are available only if canceled within 3 days of the charge. Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies may apply and override these terms where required. 7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and designs in the App are the property of Kendra Fierce, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. 8. Limitation of Liability The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: Errors, bugs, or technical failures Data loss or interruptions Any damages resulting from the use of the App Your use of the App is at your own risk. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles. 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Information We Collect We may collect: Personal Information: email address (if you create an account or contact support) Usage Data: tasks, timers, progress, and idea bank entries Device Information: device type, operating system, crash logs In-App Purchase Data: purchase history, subscription details We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. 2. How We Use Information We use collected data to: Provide core app features (timers, lists, idea bank, virtual buddy) Improve app performance and fix bugs Process in-app purchases Send reminders and notifications (Alien Alerts) 3.
