The Metamorphosis Total Transformation Program was created and is led by ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Emergency Medical Responder, and Mental Health Motivator Kendra Fierce. So you will also receive expert guidance every step of the way.

This week is all about laying the groundwork for confidence by delving into self-awareness and understanding personal strengths. Participants will be introduced to the course structure, objectives, and community, setting the stage for a transformative journey toward increased confidence and self-belief.

Stress Management and Mindfulness

Week 2 the focus is on effective stress management strategies and the practice of mindfulness. You will explore how stress impacts your body, mind, and soul as well as how it affects the neurotransmitters in your brain. You will also learn about Shadow Work and how to start you own Shadow Work journey.

Week 3 consists are learning various holistic and natural healing modalities that you can use to regulate cortisol. You will try them out and take notes of which ones work the best for you so you can effectively add them to your healing and treatment plans.

Integration & 

Week 4 the emphasis is on the integration of learned practices into daily routines for sustainable wellness. You will then create personalized wellness plans that align with your goals, focusing on long-term balance, effective energy maintenance, and a continued boost in confidence.

I’m loving the program. I can’t believe it’s half way over already. It’s been a struggle for me emotionally, but I love the changes and growing I’m doing.
