The Metamorphosis 2 Week Transformation program is a 14 day program that will help you regulate the stress hormone cortisol through healthy, sustainable habits. It can help you regulate your emotions, increase your energy, and regain mental clarity. It can also allow you to overcome persistent procrastination as well as lift that mind fog.


Led by ACE-certified personal trainer, certified emergency medical responder, and mental health motivator, Kendra Fierce, this program offers daily challenges as well as professional support throughout.

You Don't Have To Do It Alone.

The best part of the program is that you will be supported by Kendra and the Metamorphosis community through our private online community. We will walk together along the path of healing while nourishing a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. This group will also help keep you accountable to your goals.
